Editorial AI Staging
Interiors composed, not decorated — rooms rendered with the restraint of a shoot day.

Sher Joniff Studio
SherJoniffStudio combines Hollywood creative direction, two decades of luxury interior design, editorial AI, and cinematic storytelling to transform exceptional listings into unforgettable experiences.
Our Philosophy
A luxury buyer arrives already able to afford the house. What they are deciding is something quieter: whether the life implied by the rooms is a life they recognize as their own. That decision is made early, often before the car doors close.
We work in that margin. Cinematic storytelling sets the tempo. Editorial staging gives the interiors a point of view. Luxury copywriting supplies restraint where most listings supply adjectives. Motion production carries all of it into the places where buyers actually look first.
Desire is built before the showing. We simply make sure it is built on purpose.
Motion Production
Every property receives a director, not a videographer. The work is scored, paced, and graded like a short film — because that is what buyers have been trained to watch.
Three to five minutes of architecture, light, and pacing.
Short form with the discipline of long form.
The story of the agent, told once and told well.
Movement generated with intent — never novelty.
A narrative spine beneath every frame.
Capabilities
Interiors composed, not decorated — rooms rendered with the restraint of a shoot day.
Cinematic films and reels cut to the rhythm of the architecture.
Language that carries the property instead of describing it.
A tone borrowed from the magazines buyers already trust.
Vertical cutdowns built for the scroll, without surrendering the craft.
Positioning for agents whose work deserves a recognizable signature.
Private books and decks that feel like objects, not attachments.
A small roster. Direct access. Nothing outsourced.

Meet Sher Joniff
Sher Joniff began in Paris and found her way to Los Angeles, where she worked in the orbit of Madonna and Sean Penn and later in advertising at TBWA\Chiat\Day — a room that taught her the difference between saying something and making someone feel it.
Two decades of luxury interior design followed, with work featured in Architectural Digest. It was a long apprenticeship in restraint: how light behaves, why one chair changes a room, when to stop.
Sher Joniff Studio is the synthesis. Editorial AI gives that eye a new instrument — faster, more precise, and capable of showing a property not merely as it is, but as it deserves to be remembered.

We keep the roster small so the work stays exact. If your listing belongs in that company, the conversation begins privately.
